Curating Bellevue’s one-stop beauty and wellness destination

When I walked into Viktorya Wellness & Skincare in Bellevue, I thought I knew what to expect: a relaxing facial, a pretty space, maybe some light aromatherapy.

What I didn’t anticipate was leaving nearly two hours later absolutely glowing, refreshed, and already wondering how quickly I could get back for another treatment (and, let’s be honest, another vitamin B shot).

The newly-expanded space at 11711 NE 12th Street feels like a retreat in the middle of the city. With six treatment rooms, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, and a cozy Wellness Lounge stocked with organic teas and massage chairs, it’s no wonder clients are calling it their “one-stop-shop” for all things beauty and wellness.

Founder and owner Viktorya Dadyan didn’t always picture herself in the beauty industry.

“I have been drawn to the world of wellness and skincare for a very long time, but never thought of it as a career choice,” she explained. “While I liked my corporate job, I always felt that something was missing. I knew that ‘something’ included helping people and making a difference in their lives.”

That spark eventually led her to beauty school, where she discovered her true calling. “My life split into before skincare and after. Now I can’t say I love my job, because what I do is not a ‘job.’ It’s my true calling,” she said.

At the heart of Viktorya’s philosophy is the idea that glowing skin starts with internal health. “Beauty is not the latest fashion trend or perfectly applied makeup,” she explained. “Outer beauty is the condition of your skin, and issues like redness, breakouts, or dryness often reflect internal imbalances. We ‘beautify’ from within. If you are well internally, your skin will show its beauty.”

That holistic approach shows up in everything from the customized facials (mine was an epic 90 minutes of pure bliss) to advanced therapies like Endospheres and CryoSkin. “Both treatments align with my philosophy that beauty should come from restoring health and balance within the body, not just masking concerns on the surface,” she said.

One of Viktorya’s specialties is acne treatment, something that feels deeply personal to her. “Traditional acne treatments often focus only on the surface. My approach is different because I look at acne holistically. Acne is not just a skin condition, it’s often tied to internal imbalances, lifestyle, stress, and overall health,” she shared.

Her commitment to science-backed treatments extends to every service she offers. “When I consider bringing in a new treatment or technology, the first question I ask is: Does this benefit my clients’ health, skin, and overall wellness? We only invest in proven solutions that align with our philosophy of ‘beautiful skin is healthy skin.’”

What sets Viktorya Wellness apart isn’t just the treatments. It’s the personal care. “We never treat people like another appointment, we build real relationships,” Viktorya said. “Most of our clients are regulars who have been with us since the beginning.”

That sense of community is exactly what makes a visit feel so special. Whether you’re there for a facial, IV drip therapy, or simply to relax in the sauna, you leave feeling cared for on every level: mind, body, and skin.

And as for Viktorya’s own favorite ritual? She’s just as devoted to her treatments as her clients are. “If I could have a full day of self-care, I’d start with our infrared sauna, followed by a full-body Endospheres session and CryoSkin facial. Then I’d relax in our lounge with a personalized IV and one of our wellness shots while sipping Coconut Cream Organic Tea,” she said with a smile.

After my own first visit, I get it. This isn’t just another spa. It’s a destination where beauty truly meets wellness. And if that vitamin B shot becomes a regular thing for me, well, I’ll count that as one more reason to keep coming back.
